Rolling Meadows, Illinois and Pleasanton, Calif. – Apr. 10, 2018Arlington Resources, Inc. (www.arlingtonresources.com), an industry leader in the recruitment of Human Resources Professionals for direct hire and contract replacements, announced today they have been named to Forbes’ America’s Best Recruiting Firms (https://www.forbes.com/best-professional-recruiting-firms/list/). This is the second consecutive year Arlington has received the award.

With thousands of recruiting firms in the U.S., all vying to help companies get talent in the door, Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to find out which recruiters are the most well-respected. The top firms receive a disproportionately high number of recommendations among placed candidates, Human Resources (HR) managers and recruiters.

Patricia Casey, president of the Arlington Resources division of the Cornerstone Staffing Solutions family of companies commented, “We are honored to be recognized by client candidates and HR managers as well as other recruiters for the work we do. The fact that thousands of survey respondents endorsed Arlington proves our goal of exceeding our clients’ expectations to help achieve their talent management goals and objectives. It’s a privilege to be ranked on Forbes’ list for the second year in a row and share this title with other ‘best-in-class’ staffing firms across the country.”

Recognition on America’s Best Recruiting Firms confirms Arlington Resources as a leading agency in service excellence for both employers and talent. Earlier this year, the agency received its fifth consecutive Inavero Best of Staffing® Talent Award as well as Inavero Best of Staffing® – Talent Satisfaction for three consecutive years. Arlington has been listed on the Inc. 5000 list five times.

About America’s Best Recruiting Firms

Award winners are showcased by city and area of rank on Forbes.com. Presented in partnership with Statista, Forbes compiled a list of the best recruiting agencies based on a survey of over 30,000 external recruiters, and 4,500 candidates and HR managers. The survey asked individuals to recommend up to 10 of the top recruiting firms they had worked with over the past three years. In total, the survey resulted in 14,500 nominations, with the recruiters receiving the most recommendations ranking the highest. Firms were sorted into two categories. Those in the Professional Search category place employees with less than $100,000 in annual income, while those in the Executive Search category place employees who make over $100,000 annually. The lists were narrowed down to include only the top 250 firms in each set.
