Our client in Deerfield, IL (remote) is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their team! Will be brought on to assist team while they implement a new benefits system. Responsibilities include investigate and respond to employee inquiries, process vendor invoices, update LOA statuses, process wellness incentive credits, benefit billing reconciliation, etc. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of benefits administration experience including LOA knowledge. This position will work about 20 hours a week remotely and assignment should last 6-8 months. Our client located in Troy, MI is seeking an HR Data Analyst (REMOTE). Ideal candidate will have previous regression testing experience. Will look at exit/onboarding data to determine why nurses are leaving. Will correlate the different data points and put in programs to get people to stay. Work closely with leaders and HR Director on attrition and analysis. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in this field.
