Our Client in Glenview, Illinois (IL) is looking for a Contract Payroll-Benefits Helpdesk:
Responsibilities for this position include answering employee payroll and benefits questions. Make updates and changes in system. Help users troubleshoot issues and follow up with users. Ensure complete documentation, recording, and closure. Other related duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and computer skills. Must have help desk support experience; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. UltiPro software knowledge is a plus. This position is on a contract basis and will last for 3-6 months.
