Meet Our Team

Denise Young, CPCDirector of Recruiting & Sales

Denise Young, Director of Recruiting & Sales, joined Arlington Resources in 1997 and has been the top producing professional in the company for more than a decade. She has more than 20 years’ experience making professional HR placements both locally and nationwide. Along with business development responsibilities, Denise serves on the executive committee for Cornerstone Staffing Solutions and oversees the coaching, training, development, and performance for the recruiting team, including all aspects of daily operations.

Well known for her high integrity, Denise builds strong working relationships with candidates and clients alike to design strategic initiatives that produce strong outcomes for both. Prior to Arlington Resources, Denise was a Manager of Human Resources for Pinkerton Security & Investigation Services where she gained valuable experience in a Generalist role supporting more than 600 employees in both union and non-union environments. As a dedicated HR professional, she is a Certified Placement Consultant and subject matter expert on HR compliance.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Denise is an avid horseback rider, lives on the shores of Lake Superior and enjoys boating along with other outdoor activities.

 

Elizabeth Lanaghan, CPC, CSMR, CDRManager of Recruiting & Sales

Elizabeth (Liz) Lanaghan has been with the Arlington Resources team for 9 years.  She has advanced from a Recruiter, to a Sr. Recruiter, and is now the Manager of Recruiting & Sales.  Prior to joining Arlington, she worked in sales and customer service.  She has a passion for helping people and enjoys creating a successful match for both clients and candidates.  Elizabeth loves to mentor new team members, has an appetite for continuing education and enjoys putting together employee events.  In her free time, Liz is a voracious reader, loves to go hiking with her husband and two dogs and enjoys keeping her mind sharp with brain puzzles.

 

Nina SalgadoHR Administrator & Onboarding Specialist

Nina has been a part of our Arlington team since early 2019. From starting off as a receptionist and working her way up to an HR Administrator/ Onboarding Specialist, Nina is dedicated to working closely with our candidates ensuring a smooth onboarding process and she provides an exceptional candidate experience.  Nina loves her job! She continues to support our team with positive and productive interactions and always does so with a smile on her face.  Nina is the ultimate team player, jumping in at a moment’s notice to tackle any task- She believes the candidate experience is the most rewarding element of her job and makes a difference each and every day.

During her free time, Nina enjoys time with her big family, shopping on the weekends, traveling to her “happy place” of her summer cottage on Castle Rock Lake in Wisconsin,  NFL family Sundays, and cooking her Grandma’s famous recipes with her Mom. 😊

 

Bradley Harris – Senior Recruiting & Sales Consultant

Brad brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, previously responsible for aviation staffing, and operations management. He has successfully placed top-tier flight crews and aviation professionals nationwide.

Prior to this role, Brad served as a Recruitment Manager at FCI, where he played a pivotal role in sourcing, hiring, and retaining high-caliber talent. His expertise in relationship-building, candidate engagement, and strategic hiring has contributed to the success in the staffing industry.

Before transitioning into recruitment, Brad had a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, where he developed exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. His experience in community engagement and team management has been instrumental in his ability to foster strong professional relationships and drive recruitment success.

Holding an MBA, Brad combines his business acumen with a deep understanding of workforce development, ensuring he delivers the best talent solutions. He is passionate about helping professionals find the right opportunities while supporting the growth and success of his organization.

In his free time, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children. With his kids actively involved in sports, much of his time is spent traveling to their games and events. When he’s not on the road for sports, he loves exploring new places with his wife, creating memorable experiences together.
