Some positions lead to a full time opportunity. Many of our clients ask us to provide human resources associates on a temporary or contract basis with the ultimate goal of hiring a full time regular employee.

The Contract Benefits Administrator will be responsible for the hands-on administration of employee benefits, including; health & welfare and LOA. Ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years benefits experience is required. Must have HRIS system experience; Workday knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities for this role include; administration of union and non-union retirement benefit plans for 70+ locations. Work closely and act as primary contact for third party 401k plan administrator and retirement plan providers.  Analyze and maintain data, answer employee questions, manage ADP data integrity, create plan documentations, and review compliance. Prepare and audit weekly data files. Work closely with payroll and HR managers; lead weekly meetings, manage process improvements, etc. Other related responsibilities as needed. 5+ years’ retirement benefit plan experience is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Manufacturing industry or union experience is preferred. ADP experience and advanced MS Excel skills are required for v-look ups and pivot tables (will be tested). ADP EV5 knowledge is a plus. This position is on a contract basis and will last for an undetermined length of time, with the potential to become contract-to-hire for the right candidate.
