Our Client is looking for a Benefits and Compensation Analyst:

Responsibilities for this position include; developing benefits & compensation plan and structure. Work with reporting and benefits metrics, communicate with employees regarding benefits, work with benefits vendors, and audit system data. Benefits billing, LOA & FMLA, assist with salary adjustments, job descriptions, and special projects. Must have strong knowledge of benefits plans & policies, as well as, LOA and FMLA. Bachelor’s degree, PHR, SPHR, or CCP is a plus. Must have advanced Excel skills.

• Manage the relationship of contract employees on assignment

• Consistently meet weekly and quarterly goals

ACCOUNT MANAGER

• Develop new and existing client relationships through prospecting which includes heavy phone time

• Conduct meetings with clients over the phone and in person to determine their needs

• Contract and fee negotiation

• Act as liaison to recruiting team to ensure the client’s expectations are met

• Consistently meet weekly and quarterly goals
