Our Client in the technology space, located in Chicago, IL is seeking an HR Manager. This newly created role will lead HR for this organization with 75 employees.
The ideal candidate will lead strategy for recruitment and oversee implementation throughout the entire process. The HR manager will collaborate with the leadership team to understand hiring needs in each department as well as take part in weekly senior leadership meetings. This person will also establish a formal performance review process, work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on HR matters including coaching and recruitment as well as review and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and practices on HR matters and company benefits. A bachelor’s degree is required 4+ years of relevant HR and recruitment experience. Prior management or team leadership experience is highly desired. Professional designations such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications highly desired.
