Our Client in Naperville, IL is looking for a Compensation Analyst:
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for conducting the annual compensation review for 2020 for the company’s retail stores. Participate in salary surveys, market research, and market analysis. Create, analyze and edit reports using various programs, including MS Excel. Other related duties as assigned. Large company experience is required; retail industry experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years’ compensation experience are required. Must have advanced MS Excel skills (will be tested).
