Our Client in Chicago, IL is looking for a Director of Benefits:
The Director of Benefits will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of employee benefits for multiple business units within the organization: health & Welfare, retirement and pension plans. Analyze current benefits offerings, survey employees, bring in new programs, and more. Ideal candidate will have strategic plan design experience and a collaborative, business partner mentality. Must have retirement and pension plan experience, in addition to Health & Welfare. Multi-site, Multi-state experience is required. Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions, as it relates to benefits plan integration of acquired employees is a plus. Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years’ benefits management experience is required. Must have HRIS system experience.
