Our Client in Naperville, IL is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst:
The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for assisting in building the compensation department, including its processes and team. Partner with business leaders on annual compensation review process, compensation requests, market adjustments & promotions, and job evaluations. Conduct salary surveys, market research, and analysis. Other compensation responsibilities and projects as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ broad-based compensation experience are required. Must have strong MS Excel skills (will be tested).
