Our Client located in Oak Brook, IL is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for the HR guidance and support of approximately 170 employees within the assigned business units. HR strategy, performance reviews, and employee relations. Succession planning, workforce strategy, change management, organizational design, talent reviews, and career-pathing. Develop and execute strategies to increase employee engagement levels. Facilitate meetings to consult with senior leadership. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues. Report to and work closely with SVP, Head of Human Resources Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ HR experience including, OD & HR strategy are required; Master’s degree a plus. Must have experience supporting a non-exempt professional workforce such as a call center. HRIS/ATS system experience is required.
